For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full invoice amount at the time of delivery. COD orders may be verified before dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders.

11. Billing and Invoice

The invoice or billing document is generated based on the details provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and shipping information.

Requests for billing corrections should be made as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, dispatched or accounting records are closed, invoice changes may not be possible.

13. Customer Responsibility for Delivery

Armaan Khan Designs will not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery or returned shipments caused by incorrect address, incomplete details, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or courier inability to reach the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in such cases.
