Since fashion products involve size, fit, fabric, colour and personal styling preferences, we request customers to read product details carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with Armaan Khan Designs, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. This policy is created to keep the process transparent, fair and customer-friendly while also protecting the brand from misuse, fake claims and operational loss.
1. Our Customer Service Approach

Before dispatch, our team tries to check each product for visible defects, correct size, correct item and packaging readiness.
However, in rare cases, issues may happen due to size selection, transit handling, wrong product dispatch, product damage or customer preference change. When such situations occur, our team reviews each case carefully and offers a suitable solution as per this policy.

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. If your order has not yet been packed, processed or handed over to the courier partner, we may be able to cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible. At this stage, the shipment is already in transit and courier charges, packaging effort and operational costs have been incurred.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refusing the package after dispatch without valid reason may affect future COD availability. Repeated refusal of COD shipments may result in restriction of COD service for that customer.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Armaan Khan Designs, the eligible refund will be processed as per the applicable refund method. If a COD order is cancelled, the customer will be informed where necessary.
5. Product Availability and Stock Issues
Although we try to keep website stock updated, there may be rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed. This can happen during sale periods, high order volume, stock mismatch, quality rejection or inventory update delay.

The product belongs to a return-eligible category
The product passes quality inspection after reaching us
Products that fail inspection may not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
7. Return Request Timeline
Customers should raise return, exchange, damaged product or incorrect product requests within the timeline mentioned on our website or communicated at the time of purchase. For issues such as wrong product, missing item, damaged item or tampered package, the request should ideally be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
For size-related exchange or eligible return requests, customers should contact us as early as possible after receiving the order. Delayed requests may not be accepted because product condition, usage and packaging become difficult to verify after a long period.

8. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For claims related to missing items, wrong products, damaged products, used-looking products or package tampering, an unboxing video may be required. The video should clearly show the sealed package before opening, the opening process and the product received inside.
An unboxing video helps us verify genuine claims and resolve issues faster. Claims without proper proof may be rejected if the issue cannot be verified.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order, especially if the package appears damaged, opened, re-taped or suspicious at the time of delivery.
9. Damaged Product Received
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within the allowed timeline with your order number, clear photos, unboxing video and a description of the damage.
After reviewing the issue, if the damage is verified and accepted, Armaan Khan Designs may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the same product, if available
Exchange with another product, if approved
Store credit for future purchase

14. Colour, Print and Fabric Variation
We make every effort to display product colours, prints and fabric textures accurately on our website. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting during photography, screen brightness, device display settings, fabric dyeing, printing process, handwork, production batch differences or natural textile behaviour.
Minor colour variation, print placement difference, fabric texture difference or small handmade irregularity may not be considered a defect. Such variations are common in fashion and textile products, especially printed and design-led clothing.

15. Return Pickup and Reverse Shipping
If a return or exchange request is approved, reverse pickup may be arranged where courier service is available. In some areas, reverse pickup may not be possible due to courier limitations. In such cases, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by Armaan Khan Designs.
Reverse shipping charges may be borne by the customer or Armaan Khan Designs depending on the reason for return and policy approval. If the return is due to wrong product, damaged product or verified mistake from our side, we may bear the reverse shipping cost where applicable.
If the return is due to size issue, personal preference, customer cancellation after delivery or change of mind, shipping or reverse pickup charges may be deducted or charged separately.

Armaan Khan Designs will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details, wrong UPI ID, payment gateway delays, bank holidays or customer-side errors.

20. Shipping Charges, COD Charges and Deductions
Shipping charges, COD charges, reverse pickup charges, payment gateway charges or handling charges may not be refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error from Armaan Khan Designs.
If a return is approved for reasons such as size issue, customer preference or change of mind, applicable shipping or reverse logistics charges may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.
If an order received free shipping based on minimum order value and returned items reduce the final order value below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges may be adjusted from the refund where applicable.
21. Refund in Store Credit
In some cases, Armaan Khan Designs may offer store credit instead of direct refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website, subject to the terms provided at the time of issue.

24. Refusal of Delivery

For prepaid orders refused at delivery, refund eligibility will be reviewed after the package returns to us and passes inspection. Shipping, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted where applicable.
