Since we operate as an online shopping platform, payment security, order accuracy and transparent billing are important parts of our customer experience.

1. Our Payment Commitment

Once the payment is successfully processed, your order is confirmed and moved for processing. You may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or website notification, depending on the contact details provided and the communication systems active at that time.

If payment is not completed, the order may remain pending, fail automatically or not be confirmed. A product is not reserved permanently until payment is successfully completed and order confirmation is generated.

4. Payment Security

Payment security is extremely important to us. Online payments made on our website are generally processed through secure third-party payment gateways. These gateways follow their own security protocols, encryption standards and verification systems.

Armaan Khan Designs does not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, wallet password, net banking password or other sensitive authentication details. 5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, selected order values and selected PIN codes, depending on courier serviceability and company policy. If COD is available for your location and order, it will appear as a payment option at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay the full payable amount to the courier partner at the time of delivery. The payable amount will include product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges or any other charges shown at checkout.

Customers are requested to keep the correct amount ready whenever possible. Depending on courier partner policy, digital payment to the delivery agent may or may not be available. Armaan Khan Designs cannot guarantee that every delivery agent will accept UPI or digital payment at doorstep.

6. COD Order Verification

To prevent fake orders, incorrect addresses and delivery failures, Armaan Khan Designs may verify Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch. Verification may be done through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email or any other available communication method.

If we are unable to verify a COD order due to unreachable phone number, invalid contact details, incomplete address, suspicious order pattern or no customer response, we may hold or cancel the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders, fake orders, wrong addresses or non-acceptance of delivery may result in restriction of COD facility for the customer in future.

7. COD Charges

Cash on Delivery may include an additional COD handling charge depending on order value, courier partner charges and current company policy. If applicable, COD charges will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.

COD charges are collected for handling cash payment service, courier collection charges and operational processing. In many cases, COD charges may not be refundable once an order has been dispatched or attempted for delivery, unless otherwise approved by Armaan Khan Designs under a valid issue.

8. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Armaan Khan Designs website are generally listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise mentioned. Product prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on website display format and billing structure.

The final payable amount will be visible at checkout before order confirmation. This may include product price, taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, discount adjustments, coupon benefits or any other applicable charge.

Customers should review the complete order summary before making payment or confirming a COD order.

9. Billing Details

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping details while placing an order. Billing details may include name, phone number, email address, address, city, state, PIN code and other required information.

The invoice or bill generated for an order may use the details provided by the customer at checkout. Armaan Khan Designs will not be responsible for incorrect billing information submitted by the customer.

If you need correction in billing details, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Changes may not be possible once the order is packed, dispatched or invoiced.

10. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment in case of prepaid orders, or after order placement and verification where required in case of COD orders.

Receiving a payment deduction notification from your bank or payment app does not always mean that the order has been confirmed. Sometimes payment may be deducted but not successfully captured by the payment gateway due to network error, bank delay, technical failure or incomplete transaction.

A valid order confirmation from Armaan Khan Designs is required for the order to be processed.

11. Failed Payments

A payment may fail due to reasons such as insufficient balance, incorrect card details, wrong OTP, expired card, bank server issue, payment gateway error, internet failure, UPI timeout, transaction limit, authentication failure or technical interruption.

If your payment fails, you may try placing the order again using the same or another payment method. If money is not deducted, no refund action is required.

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank, payment gateway or payment provider within their standard timeline. This may take a few working days depending on your bank or payment method.

12. Amount Deducted but Order Not Confirmed

In some cases, payment may be deducted from your account but the order may not be confirmed on our website. This usually happens due to payment gateway delay, network issue, payment timeout or bank response failure.

If this happens, please contact our support team with the following details:

Registered phone number or email address
Payment screenshot
Transaction ID or UTR number
Payment date and time
Amount deducted
Bank, UPI app, card or wallet used
Any order number generated, if available

Once we receive the details, we will check the payment status with our records or payment partner. If payment is successfully received by Armaan Khan Designs, we may confirm the order manually or assist you with the next step. If payment is not received by us, the reversal will depend on your bank or payment provider’s timeline.

13. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make duplicate payment for the same order, please contact us with proof of both payments. After verification, the extra amount may be refunded to the original payment method or adjusted as store credit, depending on the case and customer preference where possible.

Duplicate payment refunds may take time depending on payment gateway, bank processing and internal verification.

14. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds, where approved, are processed according to our cancellation, return, exchange and refund policy. The refund method may depend on the original payment method, order status and reason for refund.

For prepaid orders, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For COD orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit or any other method decided by Armaan Khan Designs after collecting required customer details.

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment gateway, bank, UPI platform or internal processing requirements. Once a refund is processed from our side, it may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account.

15. Store Credit, Coupons and Discount Codes

Armaan Khan Designs may offer discount codes, promotional coupons, store credit, gift vouchers or special offers from time to time. Such benefits are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned with the offer.

Discount codes may have validity dates, minimum order value, product exclusions, category restrictions, usage limits or customer-specific rules.
