At Armaan Khan Designs, we understand that once you place an order, you are excited to receive your selected products as soon as possible. Whether you have ordered a printed dress, a co-ord set, a shirt, a bag, a scarf, a stole, a cap or any other product from our collection, our team works carefully to process, pack and dispatch your order in a safe and timely manner.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process orders, how shipping timelines work, what delivery charges may apply, how tracking details are shared, and what customers should know before placing an order on our website. We request you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Armaan Khan Designs is a Jodhpur-based fashion label, and many of our products are designed and produced with close attention to fabric, print, finishing and packaging. Our aim is to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience while maintaining the quality and condition of every product that leaves our studio.
1. Order Processing
Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our team begins processing it. Order processing includes order verification, product availability check, quality inspection, packing and preparation for dispatch.
We usually process orders within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation. Working days generally refer to Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, national holidays, courier holidays and unexpected non-working days.
During high order volume periods, festive seasons, sale periods, new collection launches or special promotional campaigns, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. However, we always try our best to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
For prepaid orders, processing begins once payment is successfully received and confirmed. For Cash on Delivery orders, processing begins after the order is placed and, where required, verified by our team. In some cases, we may contact the customer through phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to confirm order details before dispatching a COD order.
2. Quality Check Before Dispatch
Before dispatching your order, every product goes through a basic quality check. Since Armaan Khan Designs focuses on printed clothing, accessories and fashion products, our team checks the product for visible defects, incorrect item selection, size confirmation, print condition and packaging readiness.
Fashion products can have minor variations in print placement, colour tone, fabric texture or finishing due to screen settings, fabric behaviour, handmade elements or production batches. Such minor variations are generally not considered defects, as they are part of the nature of textile and print-based products.
Our quality check process is designed to ensure that the product you receive is in good condition and matches the order placed by you.
3. Dispatch Timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier partner availability and local service conditions.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is generally 3 to 7 working days for most locations in India. Metro cities and well-connected areas may receive orders faster, while remote locations, interior areas, border regions or locations affected by weather, strikes or courier limitations may take longer.
Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are different. Dispatch time refers to the time taken by us to prepare and hand over the order to the courier partner. Delivery time refers to the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the order after pickup.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
While timelines may vary depending on location and courier serviceability, the general estimated delivery timeline is as follows:
Within Jodhpur or nearby locations: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
Metro cities: 3 to 6 working days after dispatch
Other major cities: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch
Remote or interior locations: 6 to 10 working days after dispatch
These timelines are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Armaan Khan Designs is not responsible for courier delays caused by factors beyond our control, but we will assist customers wherever possible in tracking and coordinating with the courier partner.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout before the final payment is made. The shipping fee may depend on order value, delivery location, product type, courier partner charges, offer conditions or promotional campaigns running at the time.
At times, Armaan Khan Designs may offer free shipping above a certain order value. If free shipping is available, it will be clearly mentioned on the website, product page, cart page, checkout page or promotional banner.
Any shipping charge paid by the customer is collected towards courier handling, packaging and delivery service. Shipping charges may not be refundable in cases where the order has already been dispatched, unless otherwise required under a specific return or cancellation approval.
6. Free Shipping Offers
If we offer free shipping for selected orders, categories or order values, the offer will be subject to the terms displayed at that time. Free shipping may apply only to prepaid orders, selected PIN codes, selected products or orders above a certain value.
For example, if free shipping is available above a specified cart value, the final cart value after discounts must meet the required minimum order value. If products are returned, cancelled or exchanged and the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges may be adjusted where applicable.
Free shipping offers may be introduced, changed, extended or withdrawn at the discretion of Armaan Khan Designs.
7. Delivery Across India
Armaan Khan Designs currently aims to deliver across India through reliable courier partners. However, serviceability depends on the courier network available for the customer’s PIN code.
Certain remote locations, restricted areas, government-controlled zones, military areas, border areas or difficult-to-service regions may not be covered by our courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution, cancel the order or request an alternate shipping address.
Customers are requested to enter the correct PIN code and delivery address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
8. Shipping Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and reachable delivery address. This includes full name, house number, building name, street, area, landmark, city, state, PIN code and active phone number.
Armaan Khan Designs will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay or return caused by incorrect address details, incomplete address, wrong PIN code, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or any other communication method available with us. Tracking information generally includes courier partner name, tracking number and tracking link.
Please note that tracking details may take some time to become active after dispatch. In some cases, courier tracking updates may appear after 12 to 24 hours of pickup.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected dispatch timeline, you may contact our customer support team with your order number. We will help you check the order status.
10. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make one or more delivery attempts depending on their internal process and service area. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery or does not respond to calls, the courier partner may mark the shipment as undelivered.
In such cases, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the shipment to us. Delivery attempt rules are controlled by the courier partner, and Armaan Khan Designs may not be able to guarantee repeated attempts in every location.
Customers are requested to keep their phone active and ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.
11. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to Armaan Khan Designs due to failed delivery, wrong address, customer refusal, non-availability or courier inability to deliver, our team will review the case.
For prepaid orders, we may contact the customer to confirm whether they want the order re-shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. If the customer does not want re-shipment, refund eligibility will be reviewed as per our cancellation, return or refund policy.
For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may affect future COD availability for the customer.
12. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and selected order values, depending on courier serviceability and company policy. COD availability will be shown at checkout if applicable.
For COD orders, the customer must pay the full invoice amount to the courier partner at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready whenever possible.
COD orders may require verification before dispatch. If we are unable to verify a COD order, or if the phone number is invalid or unreachable, Armaan Khan Designs reserves the right to hold or cancel the order.
13. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, customers make payment online at the time of placing the order. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is processed for dispatch. Prepaid orders may be given priority during processing depending on order load and operational flow.
If payment is deducted from your account but order confirmation is not received, please contact us with payment proof, transaction ID and contact details. We will verify the payment status and assist accordingly.
14. Delivery Delays
Although we try to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays can happen due to reasons beyond our direct control. These may include courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, regional lockdowns, strikes, transportation issues, incorrect address, natural calamities, festive rush, high order volume, customs or inter-state movement delays, and other operational challenges.
Armaan Khan Designs will not be liable for losses caused by delivery delays. However, we will support customers by sharing tracking details and coordinating with courier partners wherever possible.
15. Packaging
We take care to pack products securely so they reach customers in good condition. Clothing items and accessories may be packed using protective packaging depending on the product type. Our packaging process is designed to reduce the chances of damage, dust exposure or handling issues during transit.
Customers are requested not to accept a package if it appears heavily damaged, opened, tampered with or suspicious at the time of delivery. In such cases, please take photos or videos and contact us immediately.
16. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened or tampered with, please inform us as soon as possible. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This helps us verify claims related to missing items, damaged products or incorrect products.
Claims related to damaged packaging, missing items or wrong products should be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this period may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.
17. Missing Items or Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, wrong size, wrong quantity or missing item, please contact us with your order number, clear photos, unboxing video and details of the issue.
Once we review and verify the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund or any other suitable resolution depending on product availability and company policy.
Please do not use, wash, alter or remove tags from the product if you are reporting an incorrect or missing item issue.
18. International Shipping
At present, Armaan Khan Designs primarily focuses on shipping within India. If international shipping is available in the future or for selected orders, the terms, charges, delivery timelines, customs duties and import taxes will be communicated separately.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees and any additional charges applicable in their country. Armaan Khan Designs will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier procedures.
19. Order Splitting
In some cases, if your order includes multiple items, we may ship products separately due to stock availability, packaging requirements, warehouse handling or operational reasons. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
There will usually be no additional shipping charge for order splitting done by Armaan Khan Designs for operational convenience.
